7:04 a.m., "blue hour" on Lake Ontario. 3°F, with with WNW winds gusting to 24 mph. The bitter winds have prevented much snow accumulation here, except for a giant drift in our lakeside "bowl." Ran out to get the newspaper for Jim. Jack Frost definitely was nipping at my nose.

Learning how to make a bear with polymer clay

Jan 6: Twelfth Night! And Sir Toby Belch cautions us: "Dost thou think, because thou art virtuous, there shall be no more cakes and ale?" (Act II, Scene 3). May all your Epiphanies be lovely ones.

"Before" (mini vodka bottle) and "After" (another learning doll). She's very wonky, with lots of rough surfaces. I see tutorials on sanding and glazing polymer clay, but god-forbid she should look store-bought. Lots of learning ahead!
